10 Easy Lifestyle Hacks To Getting Healthier

If I were to describe the current health crisis in one phrase, it would be “death by a thousand cuts.” Being healthy or unhealthy is not always about one large issue, but an accumulation of bad habits that eventually turn the body on itself. The body’s defenses are equipped to deal with, let’s say, slightly contaminated drinking water, but add in stress, bad sleep, lack of sunlight, and poor nutrition, and it can turn into the cauldron for chronic illness over time.

Here are 10 hacks I have integrated into my day to stay healthy, especially during the pandemic. They are cheap and easy.

Water

Tap water contains contaminants, but filtered water takes out the good stuff: minerals.

Here’s what you do, filter your water using a Brita, then add in a little sea salt or an LMNT packet. Voila! You have clean drinking water with minerals.

Option 2: If you can afford it, get artesian water. Artesian water like Fiji comes from a well that is much cleaner and retains its original mineral composition.
