1. Health Insurance:

Like any other true American, we are pleading for Universal Healthcare, you know, the thing that most other developed countries have? An ambulance ride should not bleed me dry, and if I get cancer, my fate should not be decided through a panel motivated by profit. The ability to take care of our sick and dying is a true testament to who we are as a nation, and frankly, here you gamble with insurance companies each month that you won’t get sick, and if you do, you’re usually fucked. When you do get medical help, you’re directly costing others, the insurance company remains profitable no matter the circumstance. How? The only answer can be corruption.

The Bitter Truth: We will never get universal healthcare here unless the greedy parties involved find a way to get rich from it. Right now, the current system is too profitable for them at every angle. Big industry is driven by stressing us out, feeding us garbage, and then promising to ease the pain they caused with costly pharmaceuticals. There’s so much money right now in lobbying by the insurance and pharma corps, that the politicians can only be incentivized to keep the rift going.
