5 Inspiring Mind Hacks From 5 Different Books

Whenever I see a “mind hack” in a book, I take a picture of it and then try it. Mind hacks offer a quick way to re-imagine and understand a problem, so you can solve it. It usually involves taking out a piece of paper. Here’s 5 of my favorite ones:

“Can’t Hurt Me” by David Goggins

One of my favorite exercises was the “Cookie Jar”.

Cookie Jar: Write down all your successes, accomplishments, talents, things you are proud of.

When you get down on energy, hope, or motivation, take out and read the list, see how much you’ve already conquered.

Not only will it give you a boost, but it’s also a great way to see what career is good for you or a roadmap for what to take on next.
