5 Things The World Makes Fun Of America For

Every country is different, but the rest of the world looks in awe upon the Land of America. We do some pretty weird stuff over here, let’s take a look at a few:

1. Paper Plates

I would not call this mainstream, but at least somewhat widespread. There are Americans who don't use dishes but use a paper plate each time they have a meal. They might even throw in some paper cups and plastic utensils to boot.

Is it because they can’t afford to do dishes or just pure laziness? To the rest of the world, it seems oddly wasteful that we would use a new plate every time. Unlike other countries, we tend to have a pretty large amount of suitable drinking water to clean the dishes with.

You may need paper plates for a picnic, but as a home lifestyle, I don't think it was meant to be.
