“It Is What It Is”: A Cure to Anxiety?

The last 16 months have definitely been tough and caused me a lot of anxiety. Whether it be my parent's separation, the 75th political debacle of the day, or just life generally put on pause, I felt suffering. The world failed to meet my expectations for peace and momentum.

Eventually, I started to say “It is what it is.” And it feels good.
